The Back Beats, from Macon, Georgia, have a large repertoire of music that ranges from Rock to Country and even the Oldies. They play the favorites for all age groups.

Band members include Scott Pallot (acoustic guitar), Keith Dean (lead guitar), Johnny Fountain (bass), and Gary Porter (drums & percussion).

The guys all hired guns at times & sit in with many of the bands in the area, but as the Back Beats, there’s special energy that spreads over the stage as well as the crowd. Don’t be surprised if laughter breaks out, as they have quite a sense of humor as well. After all, they are formally known as "Gutta Bruthas".
